ARENA

A real-time on-chain game built around a single token. Every 5 minutes, token holders enter a live arena, fight automatically, and one random holder wins a token reward generated from real protocol fees.

What is ARENA?

ARENA turns holding a token into a continuous live experience.

How It Works

1. Live LobbyUpdates every 2 seconds
  • •All wallets currently holding the token appear in the lobby
  • •If a wallet's token balance decreases at any moment, it is immediately removed
  • •Only wallets that continue holding remain active

2. Round CycleEvery 5 minutes

Each round follows this sequence:

  1. 1The current lobby is snapshotted
  2. 2The snapshot is frozen for the round
  3. 3A live arena animation begins
  4. 4One winner is selected randomly
  5. 5The winner receives a token reward
  6. 6The result is logged and displayed publicly

Rounds repeat automatically every 5 minutes.

3. Random Winner Selection

Winners are selected using blockhash-seeded randomness.

  • •A recent Solana blockhash is used as the randomness seed
  • •The seed is combined with the round identifier
  • •The result is deterministic and verifiable
  • •No manual selection is possible

This ensures:

4. Rewards

Rewards come from real protocol fees, not inflation.

  • •Fees generated by the token are observed over each 5-minute period
  • •A small portion of those fees is allocated as the round reward
  • •Rewards are distributed in the token itself

If fees during a round are too low, the round completes without a payout.

5. Transparency & Proof

Every round produces verifiable public data:

  • •Reward amount
  • •On-chain transaction signatures
  • •Direct Solscan links

All results are publicly visible, stored permanently, and fully auditable on-chain. There is no off-chain accounting and no hidden logic.
